Our website and apps are now back up and running for our customers to place online orders.
We know our online services are playing a key role supporting the essential needs of many customers across the country right now.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience the outage caused our customers this morning and thank them for their patience as we worked to resolve it as quickly as possible.
The systems went down around 7:30am this morning. They were back up around 10:30am.
Existing online orders have been dispatched this morning. Some afternoon and evening deliveries may be delayed.
Woolworths is still investigating the root cause of the incident.
