26 October 2026: Woolworths is partnering with Pistachio Papi once again, dropping a limited-edition Pistachio Papi Cake exclusively in stores across Australia today.

Bringing the viral spread to supermarket shelves in a whole new format, the layered dessert pairs fluffy sponge cake with rich pistachio spread, cream cheese icing and whipped cream piping, finished with crushed nuts. 

Pistachio Papi founder Mark Abdelmalik said: “We’ve done some incredible collaborations and launched plenty of products over the years, but a Pistachio Papi cake available to the masses is something we haven’t done before. 

“Woolworths is known for its delicious cakes, and this one has delivered exactly how you’d expect Papi to be - indulgent, delicious and a serious pistachio hit. I have no doubt Aussies are going to love it, so I don’t expect it to stay on shelves for long.”
