Woolworths Group is focused on communicating with shareholders in a way that minimises our carbon footprint. If you have not already done so, Woolworths Group encourages you to provide your email address so we can provide you with timely shareholder updates, corporate reports and disclosures.
Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) provide new options to shareholders to elect how you receive communications from us.
You can make an election as to how you would like to receive certain documents including annual reports, dividend statements and documents relating to member’s meetings (for example notices of meeting) as follows:
- You can make a standing election to receive all shareholder communications electronically;
- You can make or change a standing election to receive certain documents in hardcopy (e.g annual report, dividend statement, notice of meeting); or
- You can make a one-off request to receive a document in either hardcopy or electronic form.
Woolworths Group will no longer send shareholders hardcopy notices of meeting and other meeting documents unless you request a copy to be sent by post.
To tell us your preference, simply, login to the Link Investor Centre and select the ‘Communications’ menu and then ‘Preferences’ to review your current communication election and update it if required.
