Terry brings over 30 years of strategic, financial and operational experience across a range of sectors within some of Australia’s leading companies. He has deep expertise in capital allocation, business transformation, risk management and supply chain, having held various senior executive leadership roles, including Finance Director of Wesfarmers, Managing Director of Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety, Finance Director of Coles and Chief Financial Officer of Jetstar. Mr Bowen is a former non-executive director of BHP Group, Transurban Group, Coles Group, West Australian Opera, West Coast Eagles, Gresham Partners and the Western Australian Institute of Medical Research. He is the former President of Rokt, a global eCommerce technology company headquartered in New York, a role which concluded on 31 August 2026, when he transitioned to be an advisor to the Rokt Board.
